We at Sara River Dot Com will always respect each visitors right to Personal Privacy. We collect and use information in our website only as disclosed in this policy.

For Each visitor to our website, our server does not automatically recognise any personal information such as name, email address and domain name. The information we collect is never shared with other organisations for any use what so ever. The only information we collect is your name, email address, credit card number and shipping information should you register with us for the purchase of our products.

If you choose to purchase our products you must provide a Credit Card number. This is encrypted with the AES accepted standard 128 bit encryption algorithm and stored on the secure database on our server behind a firewall. This credit card number is never displayed anywhere except when you are entering or changing it, and then it is always protected by a secure link and 128 bit encryption.

Sara River Dot Com has chosen to use the PayPal PayFlow Pro secure payment gateway to accept credit card payments on line. We accept Visa and Mastercard. To guarantee that all your credit card information is safe, we have obtained our own SSL certificate and all communication between our server, the Payment Gateway and your web browser is secure and encrypted with the industry standard 128 bits.

In order to browse or enter our web site visitors are not required to register with us. To Purchase products from us we have a shopping cart and the user must register and enable cookies and Java scripting for the Shopping Cart, Checkout and Credit Card facility to function.

We will publish a Newsletter in the future and we never sell or share our subscribers email addresses with any organisation.
