Terms and Conditions of Sale for Sara River Dot Com

When you purchase a product from Sara River Dot Com you will receive an Email within 30 minutes stating what you have purchased and the cost in Australian dollar. (AUD) You will also receive another email once we have confirmed we have the product available and it has been shipped to you.

We take great care to check all goods before they are sent, and in ensuring that they are adequately packed. Please choose carefully before you purchase a product as we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product has a manufacturing fault. We will always try and ship the product as soon as possible after receipt of your order, but please allow at least 14 days for Australian deliveries before you contact us about lost deliveries, and at least 28 days for overseas deliveries. If you have purchasd an eBook, we can not offer any refund on these products. We will send you a download link, which will expire after 1 week, and we will give you 5 download attempts before the link is removed. If for some reason you can not download the file contact Sara River Dot Com and discuss the situation with us.

If the product needs to be shipped to you, we will use Australia Post services for Local and International postage. Please be aware that if an order is lost or damagesd while in transit, any grievance you may have must be with and to be taken up with Australia Post. Sara River Dot Com will not accept any resposibility for any product that is lost or damaged in transit, but will offer assistance to you in claiming compensation from Australia Post. All shipping costs are calculated on the weight of the product and the address given to us by you as your shipping address plus a small handling charge to cover the cost of packaging.
